Corn Dip

Ingredients:
2 avocados, chopped
1/2 cup red onion, diced
1 can shoepeg corn
3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
dash tobasco

Directions:
Mix all ingredients and serve. Goes great with corn or tortilla chips.
