Butter Horns

Ingredients:

2 1/2 cup Flour
1 Egg Yolk
3/4 cup Sour Cream
1 tsp Vanilla
2 sticks Margarine
Cinnamon Sugar
Grape Jam

Preparations:

Cut margarine into flour w/ pastry cutter or knives. Add egg yolk to sour cream. Add vanilla
and mix well. Add to flour mixture. Work a little and roll into a log. Cut into 4 pieces and make
4 balls. Wrap each ball in waxed paper and refrigerate 1 hour ( even better overnight). Roll ball
into a circle 12 inches across cut in 12 wedges. Cover with cinnamon sugar. Place a little jam on
edge of wedge and roll to center.

Bake 20-25 minutes on cookie sheets lined with waxed paper or parchment paper. Remove
cookies from sheet or they will stick.

Cinnamon Mixture

1 cup Sugar
1 1/2 - 2 tsp Cinnamon
