Ingredients:
1/2 lb Ground Meat - cooked, crumbled & drained
1 c small curd Cottage Cheese
8 Eggs - beaten
1/2 c finely chopped Onion
1/2 tsp Salt
Pepper to taste
Preparations:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Stir together all ingredients until well mixed. Pour into a greased
9 - inch pie pan.
Bake for 35 - 45 minutes until knife inserted comes out clean.
Serves 4 -6.

I found this recipe from a newsletter I receive "Everyday Cheapskate"
and they got it from E-Mealz.com (Tandem meals).
This is the best quiche I have ever had. It looks great when it comes out
of the oven and slices beautifully! I'm sure it can be varied with any kind
of meat and veggies.
