Ingredients:
4 cups diced Apples (or Pears)
1 1/2 cups Sugar
1 cup Nuts/Raisins (optional)
3 cups flour
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 Tbsp Vanilla
1 cup Oil
2 Eggs
Preparations:
Mix all the ingredients together and pour into a bread loaf pan and
Bake @ 325 degrees. Bake for 50 - 60 minutes until knife comes out
clean. Let cool. Then serve.
