Ingredients:
1 small onion, sliced
1 1/2 lb New Potatoes,scrubbed
1/4 (1/2 stick) butter, melted
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
Leaves from 2 sprigs Fresh Rosemary, or 1/2 tsp Dried Rosemary
Preparations:
1) Preheat grill to medium. Spray a large piece of heavy - duty aluminum foil
generously with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange the onion slices in the center
of the foil.
2) Cut the potatoes in half and arrange, cut sides up, on top of the onion slices.
Drizzle with the butter and sprinkle with the pepper, garlic salt and rosemary.
3) Fold the foil over the potatoes and seal tightly. Grill the potatoes, turning
once, for 40 minutes.
4) Open the foil and fold back the edges to uncover the potatoes and onions. Grill
until potatoes are tender, about 5 minutes longer. Transfer to a serving dish and
serve hot.
