Ingredients:
Salad:
1 lb fresh Spinach
1 small Red Onion, sliced into rings
3 hard-cooked Eggs, chopped
6 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
Dressing:
1 small Onion, chopped
1 cup Oil
1/3 cup Vinegar
1/3 cup Sugar
1 Tbsp Prepared Mustard
1 tsp Celery Seeds
1/2 tsp salt, optional
Preparations:
Remove stems from spinach, wash leaves in lukewarm water
and pat dry. Tear into bite size pieces. Combine spinach, onion,
eggs and bacon. Serve with the dressing.
