Ingredients:
2 cups Flour
2 sticks Butter, softened
3/4 cup Chopped Nuts
1 cup Confectionary Sugar
1 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
1 14 oz Cool Whip
2 pkgs Instant Chocolate Pudding or Lemon Pudding
3 cups Milk
Preparations: Blend flour, butter, nuts with fork. Press into
13 x 9 pan, ungreased. Bake 350 for 20 - 30 minutes. Let cool.
Beat cream cheese and sugar and 1 cup of cool whip. Spread over
first layer. Mix pudding and milk. Beat 2 minutes until thick on a
slow speed. Spread on top of cheese layer. Put remainder of cool
whip on top. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Refrigerate several
hours. Cut into squares.
