Ingredients:
1 cup Low-fat Vanilla Frozen Yogurt
1 med size ripe Banana
1 Tbsp Honey
2 cups Frozen Blueberries
1 cup reduced - fat (1% or 2%) Milk
4 - 6 Ice Cubes
Preparations:
Place yogurt, banana, blueberries, honey and milk in the
blender. Blend on high until mixture is frothy and ice cubes
are finely ground (about 30 seconds - 1 minute). Pour into
4 glasses and enjoy!
