This recipe comes from Matt Almquist. This is a favorite snack when their band, Beautiful Tuesday, is practicing- hence the title. It's the epitome of easy.
2 cans blueberry pie filling
2 cans pineapple chunks
1 box yellow/white cake mix
1 stick of butter, cut into 1 inch pats
Open the cans. Pour the blueberries in the bottom of a baking pan. Add the pineapple. Sprinkle the cake mix over the top, like a crumb topping (do not prepare cake batter first, just sprinkle the mix straight from the box). Top the whole thing with the pats of butter. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20-30 minutes. Let cool, but eat warm. A scoop of vanilla ice cream never hurts either.
