Yummy Flank Steak Marinade

Ingredients

Make at least 6 hrs. before grilling

3/4 C. Soy Sauce
1/2 C. Sherry
3 Tbsp. Cider Vinegar
3 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 Tsp. Ginger
3 Large Cloves of Garlic, Crushed
2 Tbsp. Sesame Oil or Sesame Seeds

Preparation

Whisk ingredients together in a saucepan. Heat to boiling then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Let cool.

Pierce flank steak many times on both sides, then place in bowl or large Ziplock with marinade. Put in refrigerator, and turn steak over every few hours.

Grill and enjoy!!
