Garlic Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients

6 Tbsp. Olive Oil
4 Tbsp. Butter
6 Cloves of Garlic, crushed
1 Tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
1/2 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 Tsp. Black Pepper
1 Tsp. Oregano
1 1/2 Lb. Shrimp (peeled & deveined)
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
8 Tbsp. Italian Flavored Bread Crumbs
1/3 C. Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Lb. Linguine (Fini or Reg.), Cooked & Drained

Preparation

In a large skillet, melt butter with olive oil. Add garlic. Add peppers & oregano & stir. Add shrimp & toss. Add lemon juice & stir. Add bread crumbs and Parmesan and stir. Add mixture to cooked pasta and blend well. Serve with additional Parmesan.
